Bhavesh, the strategist has a keen eye on the overall strategy and manages stakeholders. Akshit, bridges architecture and digital systems, with a keen eye for structure and spatial logic.

When the three of us sat down with Ar. Dhruvil Gandhi of Studio Astula, we were united by a shared frustration: the cityscape was becoming monotonous, with one indistinct building after another. We knew it was time to break the mold—to create something timeless. That vision led us to the rich architectural legacy of Mumbai, the second largest Art Deco city in the world—an identity we’ve too easily overlooked.
Inspired by this heritage, we reimagined what a high-rise could be. The result is our tribute to Art Deco, designed not just to rise above Thane’s skyline, but to elevate it. This is more than just a building—it’s a statement. A bold, elegant silhouette that blends modern living with the grace and geometry of a golden era. It’s architecture that respects the past while reshaping the future.
